Who we are
E-Builder is Ben O’Neill’s independent web design and development business in Uxbridge, London. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@e-builder.io.
When you contact us
We use the contact details and information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss or deliver our services. We keep this information only as long as needed for the enquiry, our working relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. Please do not send sensitive information through website links.
Optional Google Analytics
Only if you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources, device/browser information and clicks on email, phone and portfolio links. A contact click does not tell us whether an enquiry was completed. Google processes technical information about your visit, including your IP address when receiving requests. Analytics is not loaded before you accept.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents, URL query strings or fragments to Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website configuration. Google’s processing can involve servers outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy and Analytics privacy information.
Your choice and cookies
Accepting and rejecting analytics are equally optional; the website works either way. We remember your choice on this browser for up to six months using local storage (eb-analytics-consent-v1). When accepted, Google’s _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and sessions, configured here to expire after up to 180 days without automatic renewal. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings below; this stops our tracking and removes accessible Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not erase data already collected.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
